We’ll be gathering at the Holiday Inn and Suites Madison West (1109 Fourier Dr.) for our Year-end banquet on Sunday, June 22nd. Registration is 5-5:30PM. A bar will open at 5pm (for parents only) to purchase drinks for 1 hour prior to the banquet’s 6pm dinner, with the program presentation beginning at 6:30. Players are asked to dress nicely.
Parents & Guests are $25/person for the buffet. Please register by 6/14 so we can relay a headcount to the catering team.
-Please register ONLY FOR PARENTS & GUESTS here. A separate registration (#02 in the store) is set up for Players/Managers /Coaches that are free of charge.
-Payment through Venmo (which saves the program a 4% transaction fee) is also accepted. If you choose this option, please add details in the Memo for the banquet and how many guests will be attending. Coach’s gift donations can also be added to your venmo transaction.
